Around the Community at BlogHer

Things are getting busy while we’re getting ready for the BlogHer Mini-Con we are co-hosting with BlogHer. Get information, get on the links, follow other attendees on this list! The end of July Julia will be a little slower to add new people so be patient!

Here’s background on why and how the event came about…we want to share this because a lot of people are just finding out about the mini-con and we’re so excited it’s getting around!

We’re working with the fine people at BlogHer and this session isn’t your typical BlogHer format. We’re planning on having some smaller and larger group discussions so come and expect to share and connect.

Just a couple of things…

• We hope if you are attending you will send pictures of your family/child for us to add to a slideshow at the event. This is not for distribution and won’t be posted online. Feel free to email ASAP to Julia@supportforspecialneeds.com.
• Please help us spread the news about the event to other BlogHer attendees! Send them to any of the pages above! It’ll help us plan the space since we are serving Friday’s lunch at the beginning of our session…in fact, consider it a “working lunch” because our event will officially start at 12:15!
• On Thursday evening I’ll tweet somewhere we can meet up (using hashtags #blogher #specialneeds) so I can hand you a special ORANGE button to attach to your lanyard; it’ll help all of us spot each other more easily!
