How do I use the group documents feature?

As a member of a group, you might want to share a document with your community. This might be a great hand-out you received from your child’s doctor or a brochure for an upcoming event. You can upload that document to the group. This can be useful if you don’t have a scanner and need to share a hard copy.

To share a document:

  1. Go to your group page
  2. Click Documents in the buttons listed below your group
  3. Click Upload a New Document and a form will drop down allowing you to upload the document in Word, Text, JPG or PDF format. After you choose the document, go ahead and give it a name and a description then click Submit.
  4. Your document will now be listed in your Group Documents menu. You can delete it at any time.
