Finally finalized on Kitty(17) on 3/08 – 2 weeks before her 13th birthday! Kitty is diagnosed with RAD, C-PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, learning disorders, cerebral dysrhythmia (brain injury), borderline personality disorder traits, and was abused. Finalized on her brother Bear(18) 7/08. He turned 15 the next day. Bear is diagnosed with RAD, C-PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, ADD, cerebral dysrhythmia, traits of personality disorders and was abused. Both have borderline IQs. We live in TX.
