    This is the first day of my son’s summer vacation. I am personally convinced that ear protectors will be my sanity savers. :-)

    Well mine are out of school, kinda. We homeschool. I gave them this week off, then Tuesday we start on a light summer school schedule. Ear plugs are good. My sanity saver is the same one my mom used to use.

    I have some fun “Mom” songs at http://www.reverbnation.com/greasingtheskids I write/sing mom songs to encourage moms. The last one on the list is called “Snow Day” which I wrote and recorded on my garage band sort of spur of the moment after seeing all the comments from moms after our 4 days of no school because of ice/snow in Dallas TX.
