Care and Love Is Needed
Public Group active 3 months, 3 weeks ago agoI’m Bettina,currently a student and a volunteer in one of a charity homes which takes good care of kids that need special attention. It’s actually not easy to be a volunteer especially when handling those kids, but then I’m born to possess the kind of patience that those kids really needs.Whenever I spend my free time in the charity house I can really say that I’m relieved for a while. Those kids knows how to make my day. They may be a bit stubborn and naughty that can actually test on how patient are you with them. It’s not that really easy to get along with kids like them but in the long term, you will really lean to love and appreciate them the most.
When I decided to be a volunteer to those kids, I actually think about it really well, reading some term papers regarding the behavior of special kids and what should I do whenever I need to interact with those kids. When I read the reviews of some people and I get some positive words about it I decided right away that I want to be part of those kids.
The fact that they only need someone that could give them the kind of attention that they really want the most. Being in the charity o quite sometime now, made me realize that sometimes patience and understanding is actually the secret on having a nice camaraderie with those kids. It is also important that we treat those kids like a normal person even if they are considered to be special. They too are only human that need a lot o attention from people around them.
