		<description><![CDATA[We&#039;re in a somewhat similar boat, but with some key differences.  Our school is adamantly against a more restrictive environment because my 16yo daughter (diagnosed with bipolar, RAD, C-PTSD...) is able to (mostly) hide her issues and anxiety.  She would &quot;rather die&quot; than let others see that she&#039;s not perfect. The school is convinced that her issues are only at home.  Like that&#039;s possible. 

She has an IEP already, but can&#039;t get the emotional support she needs, probably in a special therapeutic school.  Not only are we dealing with her frequent hospitalizations (currently on her 7th this year), but we&#039;re trying to find funding for RTC and fighting the school district.
