A Child Psychiatrist Talks to Readers

Dr. Mary Margaret Gleason, a child psychiatrist at Tulane University, took questions from readers on our Prescriptions blog on Thursday, as part of a discussion concerning an article published in The New York Times about a young boy’s misdiagnosis and medications.

Dr. Gleason had treated the young boy, Kyle Warren, and works at an early treatment center for children with mental health issues and their families. (Watch a related video on Kyle, his family and Dr. Gleason’s take on the issue.)
