Thanks to professional organizer, Julie Hough of The Ordered Home, our organization week has been a tremendous success!

• We’ve started a support group: Organizing … Specialized! to help stressed parents get their stuff together. We hope you will share your best organization tips and helpful advice, too. How do you keep track of all the paperwork?
• We’ve given away lots of goodies! Lisa won the LOL gift pack from Mabel’s Labels; Sylvia, Michele and Lynne won the Home Depot gift cards! Julie will be announcing the winners of the Pouchee Purse Organizer from guest poster Sandy Jenney and the dry erase boards on the forum soon!

Thanks to Julie the group is taking off! We expect her to check in, offer a topic for us to discuss and tips here and there. She has another life and while she’d love to spend all day on the board answering our questions, we are all hoping that we can help each other. So if you have an organizing tip that has helped you on a topic that is started, please share!

We’ve learned that our readers want content to address their whole lives and we are happy to offer it. We work hard to respond to the requests (spoken and unsaid but clear through traffic patterns) of our community and we will continue to bring fun and useful topics to you all. Julia and I are hard at work on our editorial calendar for the rest of the year and we will definitely be working to bring you terrific special needs specific content but also information you can use in other facets of your life.
